Successful start of New Working Group on IPR
13 member companies were
represented when the new working group on Intellectual Property Protection
& Safety met for its Kick-Off-Meeting on February 28 in Hochheim-Massenheim.
In his position as chairman of the working group, Steffen Kaiser, Director
of Sales and Marketing at FMS (Force Measuring Systems, Switzerland), gave the
opening presentation.
Marc SOLVI - New Chairman of EUnited Metallurgy
In the course of its annual General Assembly in Brussels, EUnited Metallurgy elected a new chairman on November 6, 2007:
MARC SOLVI, chief executive officer of Paul Wurth S.A., Luxembourg.
The new chairman follows Axel BARTEN (AchenbachBuschhütten GmbH, Germany) who was elected Honorary Chairman in therecent General Assembly in Brussels.
Representing one of the 14 foundation companies, Marc Solvi has already been engaged in the EUnited Metallurgy Board since 2004.
